Can you help if I don’t know where to go?
Yes—we design trips based on your interests, not just destinations.
Do you book flights?
Yes, when they are part of a complete vacation package. We can book economy, premium, and business-class options.
Is this only for luxury travelers?
No, we work with all budgets and levels of comfort and luxury. We only ask that your budget be realistic for the type of vacation you have in mind. We focus on value-driven travel with immersive experiences.
Do you offer guided group tours as well as custom trips?
Yes, we offer a variety of small group and classic guided group tours.
Can you help if I don’t know where I want to go yet?

Do you plan trips outside of Italy and Europe?
Yes, we plan trips to destinations all over the world! Just ask.
What happens if something goes wrong while I’m traveling?
We are closely monitoring your trip while you are traveling. If you need assistance while traveling, please reach out to us or to our international partners on the ground in your destination who may be able to assist you more quickly. We also strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance, which offers additional benefits and protections while traveling.
How far in advance should I start planning my trip?
It's never too soon to start planning, although we aren't able to make any bookings until approximately 12-months before your departure date. Cruises and river cruises can usually be booked 18 - 24 months in advance.
Can you help plan ancestry or heritage trips to Italy?
Yes, we have helped lots of people trace their roots and connect with family members abroad. We have partners on the ground in all international destinations who offer one-on-one assistance, research, and translation services.
Do you arrange private drivers, guides, and unique local experiences?
Yes, for the most individualized and comfortable experience, we recommend private drivers and tours.
Can you help with villa rentals or multi-generational trips?
