Custom Trip Design & Planning
I love this part! I’ll research the destination, seek out accommodations that meet your approval, find fun and entertaining things for you to do there, and look for the most practical way to get you there and back. I’ll do all this while giving careful consideration to your budget and schedule.
STEP 2
Review Your Personalized Itinerary
Choose what you like most from the design and planning phase and I’ll publish it in a detailed interactive itinerary. “Virtually” walk through your vacation day-to-day so there’s never any guesswork. Your itinerary will include a detailed description of transportation, lodging and any extras you decide to include like travel insurance, gratuities, activities and excursions. When you’re ready to book, simply authorize a deposit to secure rates and availability.
STEP 3
Prepare for Travel
Approximately 4-6 weeks before you travel we’ll go through a travel checklist together to make sure everything is prepared before you leave. Do you have your passports, travel documents and prescription refills? Do you have someone looking after your home, pets and mail while you are away? Leave all your worries behind.
